Position : Accounts Payable Supervisor - West IslandLocation : Pointe-ClaireSalary : Up to $85 000 based on experienceJob Type : Full-time (39 hours / week)Advantages : Comprehensive group insurance plan, Employer contribution to a pension plan (REER), Paid sick days, Flexible vacation days, Free parking, 39 hours per week.We are seeking a skilled and proactive Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a thriving organization while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities : - Supervise and support a team of 6 accounts payable agents.- Set and achieve department goals to ensure timely and accurate payments.- Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.- Ensure payments are processed and issued on time, meeting company deadlines.- Manage and follow up on the accounts payable email inbox.- Analyze and validate the aging of accounts payable and perform reconciliations.- Serve as the point of contact for resolving issues with other departments (such as purchasing, logistics, etc.).- Perform other related duties as required.Qualifications : - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in high-volume B2B accounts payable.- Autonomous, highly organized, and positive attitude.- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication skills, with a customer service orientation.- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Working Conditions : - Competitive salary.- Positive and collaborative work environment.Why Apply?An excellent opportunity for professional growth in a supportive environment, where your contributions are valued.
