Our valued public sector client is hiring three Senior M Consultants to provide technical support on a SharePoint migration projec t.

Background :

The organization is planning a large migration from SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online. This initiative requires the migration of over 27, sites. The group is in need of the following skillsets; SharePoint Online Technical Architect, Power Platform and SPFx Developer, and a M Global Tenant Administrator.

Tasks :

SharePoint Technical Architect

• Design the end-state architecture for SharePoint Online including site collections, hub sites, permissions model, taxonomy, and integration points, ensuring alignment with organizational governance, compliance, and scalability requirements.
• Configure tenant-level and site-level governance policies including permissions boundaries, sharing settings, retention policies, and auditing to protect data integrity and meet regulatory obligations before content is moved.
• Define the migration approach, tools, and sequencing (e.g., content inventory, mapping, transformation, validation) and oversee the setup of migration infrastructure, including authentication, connectivity, and data transfer configurations.
