Job descriptionRecruit, train, coach, and develop a strong team of sales associates Provide ongoing performance feedback, recognition, and support Foster a positive, motivating, and accountable work environment Ensure a consistently high level of customer service on the sales floor Address customer questions, concerns, and escalations professionally and promptly Create a welcoming store environment that encourages repeat visits Oversee inventory levels, replenishment, and stock organization Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock control Implement loss prevention practices to minimize shrink Maintain store presentation in line with company standards Ensure promotional displays and signage are current, accurate, and visually engaging Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal requirements Prepare and submit required sales, inventory, and operational reports Staff scheduling to align with sales volume Control operating costs Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and daily financial reporting Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, General Manager, or business owner in a retail environment Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and retain teams Solid understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and customer service is a must! Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to improve results Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail setting High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or retail management is an asset Experience using POS systems and inventory management tools Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store presentation standards Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus or incentive opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Employee merchandise discount Paid vacation and statutory holidays Ongoing training, leadership development, and career growth opportunities A stable, established retail environment with autonomy at the store level RSP Matching Program
