310T- Kitchener Truck and Coach Technician

Altruck International Truck Centres is seeking a highly skilled and experienced 310T Truck and Coach Technician to join our team at our Kitchener location. (48 Ardelt Avenue, Kitchener)

Job Summary :

As a 310T Truck and Coach Technician, you will be performing repairs and maintenance on medium and heavy-duty trucks ensure that they are in safe and reliable working condition.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance, safeties and repairs on heavy-duty trucks including diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Use manufacturer's service manuals and technical data to repair and maintain vehicles
• Communicate with customers to explain work needed
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet tight deadlines and minimize downtime
• Attend company sponsored training classes and dealer specific training courses as scheduled by management
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve processes and reduce waste
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other related duties as assigned
