Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a contract role in Morinville, Alberta. This position involves engaging with citizens to promote e-billing services, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities :

• Contact citizens to promote e-billing and provide information.
• Track responses and progress using Microsoft Excel.
• Address objections professionally and guide conversations effectively.
• Distribute e-billing forms and document agreements.
• Follow up with non-respondents.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and data entry.
• Schedule appointments, manage order entry, and support administrative tasks.
