Your day-to-day
- Plan deliverables and timelines within a portfolio of strategic projects
- Develop and monitor budgets, taking into account challenges, complexity, and interdependencies
- Conduct risk, impact, and strategy analyses to effectively manage risk
- Manage changes, client requirements, solution testing, and implementation strategy, integrating change management principles and digital transformation objectives
- Ensure quality control and adherence to standards, methods, and procedures
- Coordinate deliverables based on business priorities, producing dashboards, performance indicators, and interactive reports
- Supervise, support, and coach project team members to ensure performance and professional development
- Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, by clearly explaining issues, sharing progress and risk updates, and fostering a constructive dialogue through a proactive management approach
- Create and deliver impactful client presentations to enhance organizational influence through strategic, targeted communication
Keys to your success
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10 years of experience in IT, including 8 years as a Project Manager
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, hybrid, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Planview, LinkIt, MS Project, Confluence, Power BI, etc.
- Strong adaptability to integrate into various client environments
- Ability to understand the client’s business domain and draw meaningful connections across various business areas
- Ability to mobilize teams and demonstrate strong leadership in complex environments
- Strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Extra edge
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry, or other relevant industries
- Experience in contract management and fixed-price project delivery
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or SAFe

- French: Proficient
- English: Proficient
