IT technician level 2-3

Salary : $65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements :

• College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in IT, or an equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Level 2–3 technician
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-centric focus for internal help
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Active Directory, GPO, SQL, and IIS
• Basic understanding of enterprise networking principles
• Experience with Active Directory management
• Proficient in using Windows 10 and 11 workstations
• Knowledge of print server systems
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of both physical and virtual servers using VMWare (vSphere and vCenter)
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, switches, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, Radius)
• Knowledge of HP desktops and servers is a plus
• Awareness of VMWare Horizon for desktop virtualization is an advantage
• Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
• Functional proficiency in English for basic communication requirements
• Valid drivers license is mandatory
