Key Responsibilities :

Inspect and maintain community facilities, identifying and fixing unsafe conditions

Perform routine repairs, maintenance, and groundskeeping

Collaborate with maintenance staff and assist with apartment preparation

Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, EPA)

Work on a rotating on-call basis, including weekends

Skills & Qualifications :

1+ year of experience in maintenance (apartment, building, or trades)

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

High school diploma / GED required; vocational training preferred

EPA Refrigerant Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Schedule :

40-hour work week with rotating on-call duty
