Job Description

WB Games Montréal, a division of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE) is looking for a Senior Producer to join its Game Development team.

Your New Role…

As a Senior Producer, you will oversee technical and feature development teams to identify risk, define processes, establish schedules, define roles and responsibilities, make sure budgets and resources are spent to high ROI and collaborate with Directors and Leads on establishing goals and deliverables.

You will help establish efficient communication and a high degree of collaboration between technical and creative teams, ensuring that the technology and the features developed in the studio are at the service of delivering the vision for the game at the highest possible quality, while making sure that creative teams are aware of the technological constraints of the engine.

You will also facilitate communication and collaboration between your teams and sister studios within WB Games, as well as central technology teams.

The impact of this role is a healthy team who is efficient (knows what to do, how to do it, and why), collaborative (departments work well together), and promotes professional and technical growth. The impact of this role is also to get actual results in the game, by delivering the different milestones on time and quality.

• Help the Directors formalize their visions and priorities.
