Lead Consultant - SAP MDG

Job description Infosys is seeking a SAP MDG. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design;

play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Required Qualifications : Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta / Montreal, Quebec / Vancouver, British Columbia or be willing to relocate to the area.

This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred Qualification : At least 7 years of experience in SAP MDG implementation and Support programs Should have experience with 2 end to end S / 4 HANA implementation and / or rollout programs in a lead role with one or more of the following functional areas - MDG-Material, OR MDG- Business Partner for Supplier and Customer OR MDG-FinanceShould be well versed in performing MDG Configurations and Customizations in areas like Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Process Modeling, Data Replication Framework, Key Mapping, rules, and derivations, BRF+Should have technical knowledge and hands on experience on customization for MDG workflows, Floor Plan Manager, WDABAP, BRF+;

Hands on development in BADI ABAP will be preferred.Knowledge on WDABAP framework-based customizations, OOPs programming in SAP MDG, FPM and UI customizationsWork with the technical teams to complete the SAP MDG implementation for Material, Customer, Supplier and FI objects.

Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skillsProven ability to lead blueprinting exercises independentlyStrong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysisAbility to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshoreFlexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
