Reporting to the Category Manager, the Merchandising Analyst will play a key role in supporting the commercialization of products within their assigned category. This position works cross functionally with multiple departments to bring unique, high-quality products to market that meet our customers’ needs and drive company growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities :

• Item creation, image processing, marketing review and flyer proofing.
• Support Category Manager with performance reviews and implement actions to achieve objectives.
• Develop and execute category development plan.
• Coordinate supplier sourcing, assortment and margin management activities, in close collaboration with the National Merchandising and Category Management team.
• Plan and execute a promotional plan in collaboration with suppliers and the National Category Management team.
• Monitor trends and perform category analysis.
• Plan sourcing in collaboration with the procurement and supply chain team.
• Develop merchandising and planography strategies, in collaboration with the Space Planner, Category Manager and the National Category Management team.
• Ensure data integrity using SAP business processes.
• Demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm in a context of change, encouraging innovation and the adoption of new ideas.
• Assume all other related responsibilities as required by the business.
