We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch activities, leading a dedicated team, maximizing fleet performance, and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers. What You'll Bring - Requirements
- A full "G" Class Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to drive trucks up to 24 feet
- Minimum secondary school diploma
- 1–2 years of experience in a management role
- Availability weekdays and weekends
- A proactive approach to challenges with a genuine commitment to going the extra mile for customers and teammates
- Car and truck industry knowledge is a strong asset

What You'll Do
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage branch activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery every day
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Hire, train, coach, and motivate customer service representatives to meet company standards and reach their full potential
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Greet customers with a professional and welcoming demeanor, understand their needs, and provide tailored rental solutions
- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth, meet sales targets, and implement strategies to increase branch profitability
- Manage the Rental Process End-to-End: Guide customers through the full rental journey — from qualifying drivers to opening and closing agreements — while ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Maintain Fleet Standards: Inspect returned vehicles, document any damages, coordinate cleaning and repairs, and ensure the fleet is always ready for the next customer
- Uphold Health & Safety Standards: Ensure branch compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all company policies and safety standards
