Personal Injury Law Clerk | West GTA | In-Office

Salary : Up to 75k

About the Role

We are supporting the firm in their search to add an experienced Personal Injury Law Clerk to its team. In the role, you will manage both Accident Benefits and Tort files from start to finish. The role offers a balance of independence and teamwork, suited to someone who is confident running their own files while staying connected to a group that works closely and communicates well.

The Offer

Salary up to $65,000, depending on experience

What You Bring

3+ years of experience with both Accident Benefits and Tort matters

A Law Clerk diploma or equivalent legal training

Strong understanding of SABS, LAT procedures, and OCF forms

Skilled in drafting pleadings, settlement proposals, and trial materials

Professional communication skills with clients, defence counsel, and third parties
