As a Learning Content Designer, you will translate complex knowledge into engaging and creative learning experiences for our engineers and support teams. Thanks to your instructional expertise, analytical mindset, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively, you will actively contribute to building digital content that showcases internal expertise and facilitates the acquisition of new skills. Your Daily Impact
- Create, structure, and enhance technical digital content for our engineers and support teams
- Design various learning materials : PowerPoint presentations, video / audio modules, interactive modules, infographics, etc.
- Ability to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support the creation and optimization of content
- Gather needs, interview internal experts, and transform their knowledge into clear and visually attractive learning materials
- Act as a link between our technical experts and external providers (video editing, audio, graphic design)
- Ensure the visual quality, clarity, and language consistency (FR / EN) of all content produced
- Upload and maintain documents on our intranet and LMS
- Collaborate with the training team to plan, track, and prioritize content development projects
Your Profile
University degree (technical profile or a relevant program in communication or training engineering)Minimum of 3 years’ experience in creating technical or educational contentProficiency with visual design tools (e.g., Canva), LMS platforms, and the Microsoft Office 365 suiteExcellent ability to explain, structure, and synthesize complex technical informationPerfect command of both French and English, spoken and written
