Leasing Coordinator

We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our Residential team in St. John's, NL . Reporting to the Regional Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring that Northview’s rental units are 100% occupied by qualified residents while maintaining a high level of customer service within our communities. This position offers flexible hours and is commission-based with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Being the point of contact for leasing inquiries, including outside of regular working hours
• Conduct viewings, reference, and credit checks
• Conduct move-in and move-out appointments with residents and ensure legal documents are completed and signed correctly
• Conduct periodic market surveys within the market in your area and recommend rental fees based on market findings for vacant apartments
• Marketing rental units in line with current policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
