Key Responsibilities

• Trade stocks, options, and futures using capital allocated by the firm
• Follow a written trading plan and refine it as you gain experience
• Apply risk controls, position sizing, and trade management rules
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance review sessions
• Maintain detailed trade logs and performance metrics
• Treat trading as a professional endeavor, not a casual pastime

Compensation & Risk Disclosure

This is a performance-based trading role, not a salaried or hourly job. Traders are compensated through a share of trading profits according to the firm’s payout structure. Capital allocations start up to $40,000 and may increase with consistent, risk-aware performance. These allocations represent trading capital and are not guaranteed income or wages.
