Project Manager - Audio Description Operations (Latam)

DVW is seeking a project manager with a proven track record to join our Latin American audio description operations team. This role will manage multi-language audio description projects for the M&E industry (films, TV series, other). In this context, we are recruiting native Spanish-speaking candidates who are passionate about pushing the boundaries to accessibility. This is a full-time hybrid remote / on-site position based in Vancouver, Canada.

As project manager, you will develop and simultaneously coordinate multiple projects through all phases of production, while monitoring logistical aspects with clients.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the creation of audio description of Spanish language content for blind and visually impaired customers.
• Schedule and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with clients concerning deliverables / receivables and trouble-shoot as necessary.
• Liaise internally with audio team to ensure quality and consistency of AD
• Recruit and onboard Spanish language AD writers, QC’ers.
• Recruit and onboard Spanish language voice talent.
• Work closely with Spanish speaking AD writers and consultants to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
• Evaluate Spanish AD scripts and provide feedback.
• Guide remote audio recording sessions as needed.
• Manage back-end systems for client-specific applications.

Requirements

Salary range : 70-72K CAD
