Job Description

First impressions are everything! As a Boutique Coordinator with The Fairmont Spa you provide a welcoming experience like no other. Your personalized greeting, careful product guidance, and spa knowledge create lasting memories for guests.

Starting Rate : $18.93 per hour. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly up to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.02.

Job Duties Include

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Create and maintain creative displays of boutique materials including ordering inventory and stocking.
• Provide information and literature of Boutique products in person and via telephone.
• Book / Schedule Treatments, Operate Point of Sale system.
• Assist Spa Reception and give tours of spa, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
