IT Operations Specialist

Job description

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist to join its team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in documenting, analyzing, and improving the technical workflows that support live operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and documentation skills with hands-on experience across systems, networking, and operational environments.

This role is based in the Spring Valley area of Southwest Las Vegas, NV.

Schedule

Workers will begin on a standard day shift (Monday-Friday, 10 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM). The schedule will eventually transition to one of the following designated shifts based on business need :

• Monday-Friday, 10 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM
• Wednesday-Sunday, 5 : 30 PM-2 : 00 AM
• Sunday-Thursday, 10 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM
• Tuesday-Saturday, 10 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM

Commitment : This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Spring Valley area, Southwest Las Vegas, NV area.
