Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

Job description :

Our client, a growing SME with expertise across multiple sectors, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join its team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on outstanding payments and respond promptly to inquiries
• Negotiate payment terms and ensure compliance
• Update customer records, document interactions, and validate credit profiles
• Record payments, perform reconciliations, and make bank deposits
• Generate accounts receivable reports and analyze payment patterns
• Apply credit policies and recommend adjustments for high-risk clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues

Skills and qualifications :

Required Technical Skills :

Qualifications :

• DEP in accounting or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Intermediate proficiency in French and English
