The Personal Lines Account Manager is dedicated to servicing the needs of our personal lines clients. In addition, they will successfully manage and grow a specific book of business. Other duties will include policy changes, claims inquiry and reporting, reviewing existing renewals, generating new business, file reviews, and cross-selling of our products and services.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of related experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong working knowledge of personal lines products
  • RIBO Licensed

Requirements

  • High degree of professionalism
  • 1 year experience of personal insurance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Committed to excellence in customer service and builds strong relationships at all levels
  • Willingness to make suggestions and ideas Familiar with insurance company portals
  • Able to prioritize in a busy environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills
  • Works well within a team and independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
