Operations Technician

Spartan is seeking an individual to fulfill the responsibilities of an Operations Technician to join the Drilling & Completions team. The Operations Technician is responsible for AFE administration, regulatory compliance, data management and providing day-to-day operational support.

What You Will Do

• Administer AFE Execute system by entering, reviewing, and mailing out to partners as required, while maintaining consistent flow through approvals.
• Set up new wells for drilling, completions, workovers, facilities, pipelines, and abandonments.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings including DDS, TOURs, well logs, licensing, amendments, and surveys.
• Generate individual well frac notifications, liaise with external partners, maintain compliance documentation and provide timely updates to the Drilling & Completions team.
• Data Information Management by digitalizing well files, surface land files and joint venture files, and filing data as received from the field operations.
• Provide field and operational support as needed.
