  • Partner with Brand and R&D teams on disposition of excess or constrained biomass
  • Support order fulfillment and allocation activities in alignment with planning rules and priorities
  • Analysis, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain planning trackers, models, and planning assumptions with high data accuracy
  • Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring shortages, delays, or planning gaps
  • Support inventory accuracy initiatives including cycle counting and reconciliation
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data quality, and execution efficiency
  • Support ad hoc analysis and planning initiatives as required
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Operations roles
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and production planning concepts
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, scenario analysis)
  • Experience working-analysis with ERP systems and planning data
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience in cannabis, CPG, food, or regulated industries is an asset but not required
  • What Success Looks Like

  • Planning assumptions are accurate, current, and well understood by stakeholders
  • Cross‑functional teams trust the analysis and recommendations from this role
  • Inventory, allocation, and launch decisions are data‑driven and executable
  • Planning processes improve in clarity, efficiency, and reliability over time

  • Salary range : $55,000–$65,000
  • 10% bonus opportunity and a phone stipend
  • Hybrid work model : 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
  • Medical and dental benefits after three months
  • Two weeks of vacation to start
  • Publicly listed company committed to sustainability and product excellence
  • Collaborative, cross‑functional work environment
