Designing, modeling, building, and deploying functional solutions Leading process improvements activities Evolving continuous improvement initiatives Supporting the business through effective management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge, and resources Responding to immediate safety, quality, and productivity issues that arise Adhering to budget requirements Complying to all the codes and regulations, including the health and safety policy and practices in the delivery of services Analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, and operation data such as product cost, process flows, and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of all assets Participating in the training and development of other employees Assisting with the development and integration of corporate cultural elements Leading and participating in process development projects Contributing to other technical support duties Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Diploma of Engineering Technology in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology 2 years of relevant experience Experience in leading Lean initiatives
