We’re looking for a Product Support Technician to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta and make a real impact on the General Construction Heavy Equipment sector. What You’ll Do

• ✅ Be the go‑to expert for troubleshooting, training, and dealer support.
• ✅ Build strong partnerships with dealership service teams and factory reps.
• ✅ Lead pre‑delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure top‑quality equipment readiness.
• ✅ Create engaging training materials and deliver hands‑on sessions.
• ✅ Manage warranty processes and drive product improvement programs.
• ✅ Travel to customer sites which may require overnight stays to provide technical support, programming, and complete repairs when necessary.
• ✅ Ensure health & safety compliance from toolbox talks to inspections.
• ✅ Bi‑weekly cycling of XCMG equipment inventory.
• ✅ Removing and replacing parts on equipment inventory as required.
• ✅ Loading and unloading equipment inventory as required.

What You Bring

• ✔️ Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician certification.
• ✔️ 5+ years as a Service Technician in construction equipment.
• ✔️ Deep industry knowledge and experience with dealership service operations.
• ✔️ Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (safety training is a bonus!).
• ✔️ Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
