Salary Range : $60,000-$70,000 per year

White Spot managers operate high volume restaurants that are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and that generally have a total team of between 50 and 100.
In addition to day-to-day shift management, Managers are responsible for :
Hiring and training team membersCreating a positive welcoming environment for their teamMaintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safetyDemonstrating a "guest first" approach alwaysDeveloping and meeting financial plansCoordinating in-store promotionsPromoting their restaurant in the local marketJob Requirements :
Minimum 2 years experience as a kitchen managerPassion for food and commitment to qualityStrong attention to detail and eye for presentationConceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statementsA thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirementsA proven record of training and developing a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh energy and a winning attitudeCommitment to continuous learning and improvementOur benefits include :
