Motorclothes Consultant

Harley-Davidson Winnipeg is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused MotorClothes Consultant to join our retail sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for motorcycles and lifestyle apparel, and enjoys helping customers find the perfect riding gear and merchandise.

As a MotorClothes Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while representing the iconic Harley-Davidson brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting Harley-Davidson MotorClothes, riding gear, and branded merchandise.

• Educate customers on product features, benefits, sizing, and proper fit to ensure riding safety and comfort.

• Maintain merchandise displays to ensure the showroom is visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked.

• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.

• Stay informed on Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and trends in riding gear and apparel.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service (apparel or motorcycle-related experience is considered an asset).

• Basic computer skills, with familiarity in point-of-sale and inventory management systems.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and contribute toward sales targets.

• Comfortable with on-camera speaking and participation in social media and digital marketing content.

• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift.
