We are seeking a seasoned
Director of Construction (Mining) to lead the execution of a high-altitude mining and infrastructure project in South America. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing multi-billion dollar construction programs across diverse packages—from vertical builds to infrastructure and off-site contracts.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of the overall construction strategy, organization, and integrated schedule.
- Oversee multiple concurrent contracts including general services, infrastructure, vertical construction, and off-site packages.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture across all project phases.
- Foster strong industrial relations, including engagement with regional unions.
- Utilize local and regional fabrication facilities to optimize execution outcomes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local universities to support community hiring initiatives.
- Represent the project in client presentations and community engagements, promoting transparent communication and collaboration.
Qualifications: - Extensive experience in high-altitude construction projects (>3500m).
- Prior leadership in Construction Director roles on large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing contracts exceeding $3B.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with South American project environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead multicultural teams in remote settings.
