A leading health services provider in Alberta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a community-based setting. This role involves assessing client needs and coordinating care plans while traveling up to 100 km daily. Ideal candidates must have a practical nurse education, active registration with the CLPNA, and a minimum of two years of experience in an Acute Care setting. The position requires strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and proficiency with technology.
