INTERNAL Technical Manager

About the Role :

The Technical Manager will provide technical leadership across the full product lifecycle ensuring engineering solutions meet company client and quality expectations.

This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams mentoring technical staff and supporting program delivery from planning through sustainment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Ownership : Acts as the technical expert for the Project team managing engineering processes across the full product lifecycle.
• Project Delivery : Supports planning development delivery and ongoing management of programs.
• System Sustainment : Manages and monitors system performance and maintenance needs over time.
• Field & In-Country Operations : Leads system functionality efforts (as required) and supports field service activities related to STW HAT and SAT events.
• Budgeting : Contribute to budget management for program activities ensuring all necessary resources are accounted for. Manage and control actual spending against the budget to ensure expenditures are within approved limits.
• Mentorship : Mentor technical teams by providing technical guidance and support in resolving complex engineering challenges sharing knowledge and reviewing performance.
