Job descriptionBachelors Degree in Electrical Computer or equivalent Strong experience in hardware Board level development and hands on lab experience Experience / familiarity in the following is an asset : Familiar with a product development process Familiar with hardware test equipment logic analyzers oscilloscopes etc. Familiarity with principles of high-speed digital circuit board design including signal integrity concepts. Design capture tools (preferably Mentor Graphics) Requirements capture analysis and tracking. Hobby projects with Raspberry Pi and / or Arduino Familiarity with FPGAs

We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team.
Location : Ottawa ON
Work Arrangement : On-site
Responsibilities
- Engineer Design Develop and Test new embedded hardware at the forefront of technology
- Support and enhance existing embedded hardware
- Apply established development processes and assist in process improvement
- Analyze requirements research and identify solutions and develop the design
- Generate complete and accurate user and design documentation
- Provide input to architecture and design reviews
- Provide input and evaluation of new technologies and products
- Keep current with embedded hardware trends and share knowledge
- Contribute to the release of manufacturing technical data packages for products
- Participate in maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere within the team
