Compensation

$40-$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

Maintain and repair heavy civil construction equipment (cranes, forklifts, excavators, trucks)

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

Perform road calls and shop repairs with confidence and independence

Mentor apprentices and support a safety-first culture

Maintain clear, accurate records and stay sharp with ongoing training

What You Bring

Red Seal or Journeyman Heavy-Duty Mechanic Certification

Valid Driver’s License

5–10 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance

Strong diagnostics in hydraulics / electrical systems

Great communicator, detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure

Vocational or technical training completed
