Primary Responsibilities:

Support to accelerate the migration of remaining complex clients to a new digital banking platform while leveraging expertise to enhance the efficiency of upcoming IT

deployments.

• Lead and facilitate agile squads ensuring adherence to Scrum and agile best practices
• Act as the primary Scrum Master for assigned squads driving ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives demos)
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Partner closely with Product Owners delivery leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
• Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement
• Support delivery tracking reporting and overall squad performance

Experience / Skillset Were Looking For:

• Agile & Scrum Leadership: Strong experience operating as a Scrum Master within complex large-scale agile environments
• Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and coaching delivery teams at the Manager level
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Delivery Management: Comfortable managing timelines dependencies and delivery risks across squads
• Certifications: Scrum Master certification
