Job descriptionOrchestrate renewal process, including proposals and binders. Generate documentation, complete applications, and issue insurance certificates. Provide insurance counsel and recommend coverage options. Execute bond issuance and manage surety process. Oversee third-party financed premiums. Administer accounts receivable for agency bill policies. Initiate and monitor claim submissions. Engage with underwriters for policy negotiations. Maintain understanding of underwriting guidelines. Deliver superior client service. Drive revenue growth through cross-selling. Proficiency in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks. Mastery of the English language. Refined communication skills, oral and written. Familiarity with organizational policies and procedures. Valid RIBO License. Minimum three years experience as Commercial Account Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SigXP, and ComXP. Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities. Proven interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
