Team Coordinator - Medical Scheduler

Overview

CarePartners is adding to our team and we are looking for Team Coordinators to ensure effective customer service and communication between patients, families, and staff. Our Team Coordinators ensure the scheduling of our PSWs, Nurses, and Therapists meets service delivery standards and administrative functions related to client services are performed in a timely manner.

We have immediate Full-Time evening opportunity open in the Barrie office! Full-Time roles include weekend shifts.

• This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The hourly range is $19.10 to $25.63 , and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
