What youll do

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight : Manage the day-to-day operations ensuring the branch is safe well-maintained and efficient. This includes coordinating all activities to meet goals and objectives.
• Staff management : Train and supervise branch employees. Motivate staff to achieve and exceed performance goals and assist with their professional development.
• Financial management : Oversee financial activities like sales contracts analyze reports and manage budgets. They must also monitor processing and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Business development : Develop and implement strategies to increase sales grow the customer base and expand market share. This includes promoting products and building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Customer relations : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries handling complaints and building rapport within the community.
• Risk management : Identify assess and mitigate risks related to operations finances and market conditions to ensure the branchs stability and reputation.
