As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur's Gate 3 & Divinity : Original Sin 2 is looking for a QA Lead to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect

Responsibilities

• Perform consistent daily observation, research, review, and reporting of operations process adherence for all current assigned projects
• Assign tasks within the local QA team, and nurture a healthy working environment in alignment with company values
• Participate in the performance review process, help gather feedback, and share it with other QA teams internationally
• Maintain, advance, and promote knowledge in the field of quality assurance
• Gather feedback and data to create and facilitate both project postmortems and ongoing improvements
• Proactively identify possible issues, propose solutions, and plan goals for the QA department
• Overview, creation, maintenance, and prioritization of Test Plans for multiple, concurrent projects
