Main Duties
Reporting to the Surveillance Manager, this position focuses on risk mitigation, by monitoring Casino operations and cash transactions to ensure the protection of Casino and guest property, assets, and information, and by supervising Surveillance department staff and activities.
Responsibilities include : Supervising day to day Surveillance operations, to ensure the protection of Casino assets. Communicating and monitoring compliance with Surveillance procedures, OH&S, and SIGA policies. Assisting the Surveillance Manager with staffing and performance management. Carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks. Assisting with investigations. Performing all duties of a Surveillance Operator as required. Administering various computerized systems, including card access, camera, incident, key tracking, etc.. Maintaining operational and technical knowledge of digital and electronic surveillance / security equipment. Handling other tasks as required, to protect the integrity of the Casino’s operations and assets.
