Accounting Analyst

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries
• Perform balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Prepare internal financial reports and dashboards
• Support external and internal audits by providing documentation and explanations
• Improve accounting processes and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and other cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
