Job description

Description :

Lead the production of plastic injection molds from design input to the final delivery; Read and execute assigned work orders that contain repairs and engineering changes; Assemble and disassemble, of injection molds of varying complexity; Make mold details using manual milling machines, lathe, and surface grinders; Assemble, fit, and wire hot runner systems; Have a strong understanding of hydraulics; Maintain safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations;

Qualifications :

Experience in assembling and disassembling injection molds of varying complexity; 1-3 years of experience in mold making or a related role; Must be located in commutable distance to Windsor; Work with limited supervision while staying on task to meet strict deadlines; Be very self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and advance within the company; Show leadership abilities, and a personality to work well within a team of co workers
