Rental Coordinator

Position: Rental CoordinatorLocation: Montreal Downtown - Plateau (on-site position)Salary: Between $45,000 and $50,000 per year, depending on experienceBenefits: Group insurance including dental coverage, three (3) weeks of vacation, and a collaborative, dynamic environment focused on music and technologyOur client, a recognized player in the field of professional audio and event production, is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join its team in Anjou. This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and technology, who wants to contribute to the growth of an innovative and expanding company.Main Responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth execution of the rental process, from quote preparation to equipment delivery and return.- Greet and advise clients based on their technical and event needs.- Maintain up-to-date equipment inventories (availability, condition, accessories, repairs).- Plan and coordinate testing, updates, and preventive maintenance.- Document and improve internal procedures (SOPs) related to rentals, returns, testing, and repairs.- Analyze performance data (utilization rates, losses, margins, etc.) and produce weekly reports.- Manage daily cash transactions and perform closing procedures.- Train and support team members in applying standardized procedures.Profile Sought:- 1 to 3 years of experience in a retail, rental, or event production environment.- Functional knowledge of audio and lighting equipment (required).- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.- Ability to document procedures and work methodically.- Proficient in French, spoken and written.- Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends.- Good physical condition (safe handling of equipment).- Strong interest in music, technology, and events.Other Language Requirement: English- Skill level required: Advanced- Reason for the requirement: To support clients across Canada- Frequency of use: DailyPlease send your resume in Word format to Cristina Bilbao at cristina.bilbao@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
