Developmental Services Worker (DSW)
to join our team and make a real difference in the community. This role involves providing person-centered support that promotes independence, inclusion, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients with daily living needs including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation

Facilitate social, recreational, and skill-building activities

Advocate for client rights and support community integration

Implement behavior support plans and follow health / safety protocols

Accurately document care plans, progress reports, and incidents

Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals

Qualifications

Diploma in Developmental Services Work (or equivalent human services program)

Valid First Aid & CPR certification

Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred
