Waterfront Director

The Waterfront Director oversees the operation and safety of the waterfront, supervises lifeguards, and serves as an on‑duty lifeguard. Working closely with the FaithQuest / Programming Director, Summer Camp Director, and Executive Director, this role supports the planning and delivery of swimming and boating programs while contributing fully to camp life.

Remuneration & Hours

• Full-time (live in position)
• Contract position
• Wage : $152-$192 / day
• Hours : 40 / week (need to occasionally work evenings and weekend days)
