Part-Time Education Coordinator

Role Overview

Part‑Time Education Coordinator at Oxford Learning Brooklin , helping students of all ages achieve academic success. This in‑person role requires availability at the Brooklin location.

Responsibilities

• Inform inquiring parents about Oxford Learning programs.
• Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.
• Set up and administer assessments.
• Establish and oversee student learning programs.
• Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss a child’s progress.
• Ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy is preserved throughout the centre.
• Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily.
• Effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching staff.
• Teaching skills in English, Math, or French – more than two subjects are assets.

Job Details

In‑person role : must commute to Brooklin, ON. No relocation package. Vulnerable sector screening mandatory.

Schedule & Compensation

Part‑time : evenings, Monday‑Thursday, Saturday mornings on call. Minimum one‑year commitment. $20–$22 per hour.
