Job description
A community support organization in Ottawa is seeking a Residential Counsellor to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals and maintaining their well-being. This role requires developing personalized support plans and providing daily care in a respectful environment. Preferred qualifications include a background in social sciences and experience working with individuals with disabilities. Competitive compensation at CAD $28.51 per hour, with a weekend-only schedule of approximately 24 hours bi-weekly.
