Position Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides leadership to the front line staff regarding the activities of patient food services including : meal service, ware washing, nourishment preparation and distribution, inventory management and food distribution between sites. Responsible for supervising the day to day operations to ensure timely, microbiologically safe, accurate and cost effective provision of meal service to the patients and clients.
