Sandwich Maker

Overview

Performs the preparation, assembly, packing of sandwiches, and other food-related products. Maintains safe working conditions, following Food Safe Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assembles food service items as per standard recipe.
• Maintains productivity and efficiency levels.
• Ability to use weighing scales for weight checks when required.
• Ability to record QA documents in real time.
• Packages and labels prepared product for distribution.
• Cleans and prepares fresh produce items.
• Cleans and sanitizes all equipment and fixture surfaces as per provincial and company standards.
• Performs daily sanitation of the facility.
• Follows the allergen policy.
• Perform daily checks (Critical control points and control points) and records information as required by Standard operating procedures.
• Maintains high standard of Personal hygiene, Good Manufacturing practices and follows standard company and provincial regulations for food safety and quality.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Physical Effort / Working Conditions

Lifting, bending and twisting. Ability to lift 20 lbs. consistently through the day. Stationary position in cold environment for up to 4-hour periods.

$16.00 - $18.00 Hourly
