Duties & Responsibilities : Build, maintain, and update the INVIRO website alongside the INVIRO Intranet as necessary.  Work closely with internal teams to understand design needs and create visually engaging graphic designs that support overall strategy.

Design and manage materials for internal and external communications such as emails, advertisements, social media posts, photos, project highlights, company profiles, staff biographies, staff announcements, infographics, etc.  Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's branding and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.  Present ideas to internal stakeholders or clients for feedback and approval of final assets.  Design and prepare files for printing (signage, posters, flyers, business cards, company merchandise, etc.).  Monitor website and social media analytics to report on improvements to communications; prepare monthly reports.  Lead the design, layout, coordination, and production of RFP submissions.  Take responsibility for developing content for the monthly newsletters and weekly social media posts, which includes conducting interviews as needed, collecting material from company contacts, and writing the content.

Manage the production timeline of the newsletter and social media posts.  Stay informed about the most up to date competitor activities and industry's best practices in marketing and communications.  Other duties as assigned.  Qualifications and Requirements :   College or University degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.  Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience, with proven success in graphic design, communications, and / or marketing required.  Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design and web design concepts are required.  Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.  Understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.  Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products (Primarily Photoshop and InDesign).  Experience in web design and photography.  Exposure to organizational recruitment and retention efforts is an asset.  Experience with project management software (Asana, Zoho, etc.) is an asset.  Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising is an asset.  Experience with video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) is an asset.  Position Details : Type : Full-time Location : Scarborough, Ontario Eligibility : Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.  How to Apply : Interested candidates should submit their application for consideration.
