• Master Diagnostics : Read and interpret parts diagnostics, diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure precision in every order.
• Utilize Technology : Navigate computerized inventory systems and parts libraries to track down the perfect part.
• Handle Special Orders : Follow up on special orders and keep customers informed as soon as their parts arrive.
• Merchandising Support : Help create and maintain eye-catching merchandising displays that showcase our parts and promotions.
• Promote Our Specials : Actively promote dealership specials and merchandising campaigns, boosting sales and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Satisfaction : Ensure every customer feels valued and appreciated, creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
