Marketing Assistant Analyst
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Marketing Assistant Analyst for a contract position in Hybrid, CA. The opportunity will be for seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end development of regulated communications: Open jobs in the traffic management system (Adobe Workfront). Gather feedback from business partners and teammates and annotate edits. Carefully review drafts to ensure all edits are made to expectations. Develop versioning grids and builds of materials. Document implementation and reporting requirements. Monitor translations, print, delivery, and online posting. Build, pull, and analyze production reports.
- Help to develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Learn to use various materials development and proofing systems.
- QC materials, communications, and web pages for high degree of accuracy through careful proofreading.
- Organize and post final documents and materials in various internal locations.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners.
